This department is under the control of a director,and its tasks are given below;
  • Register the documents
  • File an invalid documents,take them to archive and keep safely.
  • Prepare for the general meetings of  an Assembly, Board of Directors etc.,get ready an invitations,write an agenda,the meetings reports and keep them safely.
  • Inform  an Accounting Department and prepare charts about an ones who were not able to attend to meeting.
  • Determine a related custom and usage of an area and keep them listed in an order. 
  • Report the representative and consultative authorities accepted by Board of Directors to the related fields; and keep records.
  • Complete the tasks given by the Secretary General
